Check out this article at MSNBC.com about a nun/principal who has a no tolerance policy at her middle school for profanity. I know several of you will appreciate this article. My favorite part of the article is the very last sentence - it gives me great hope that I'm not the only person out there who won't allow the words "stupid" or "boring" come out of their mouths without punishment.
Can I get an Amen???

And, yes, you get a big AMEN! #1's homeroom teacher told her class the other day (at the public school) that if they say "Oh My God" that they better be praying! I loved that!
Great story! When my kids whine about "boring" I giggle with glee! Then I say, "oh good, if you are bored, I could use your help. I need you to do ..." then I assign the nastiest job I can think of - cures them every time!
I only get a few little giggles like that in this life of mothering, gotta get my kicks where I can :)
